Rosely.ai is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. Although users cannot upload their own content, our platform generates AI-driven conversations, images, and other outputs that are continuously monitored. This Complaints and Takedown Policy explains how users and third parties can report concerns and how we handle complaints and takedown requests.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers:
- AI-generated outputs that may violate our Prohibited Content Policy or Terms of Service
- Inappropriate behavior or non-consensual depictions
- Requests for removal of content that resembles a real person
- Copyright infringement or other legal takedown requests
- Regulatory or law enforcement inquiries
3. How to File a Complaint
You can submit a complaint by emailing support@rosely.ai from the email address associated with your Rosely.ai account. Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Date and time of the incident
- Detailed description of the complaint
- Relevant session context, output text, or description of the content
- Screenshots (if applicable)
- Complaints submitted from non-registered emails may not be processed.
4. Acknowledgment and Timelines
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
- All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days (7 business days maximum in complex cases).
- Any illegal content (including CSAM) will be removed immediately upon identification.
5. Investigation and Resolution
Our moderation team will thoroughly investigate each complaint in a timely, objective, and impartial manner. Possible outcomes include:
- Removal or blocking of the reported content
- Adjustments to AI model behavior
- Warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of the involved account
- Escalation to legal/compliance teams or authorities
- We may reverse previous moderation decisions if new information shows that the original action was unjustified.
6. Requests for Removal of Content Resembling a Real Person
All content on Rosely.ai is AI-generated and does not depict real individuals. However, outputs may occasionally unintentionally resemble a real person. If you believe any content on our platform resembles you or someone you represent, you may request its removal by contacting support@rosely.ai. Please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Description of the content and where it appeared
- Explanation of the resemblance
- Supporting evidence (where possible)
- We may request identity verification before processing the request. Upon valid verification, we will remove the content promptly and treat the request confidentially.
7. Zero Tolerance for CSAM and Illegal Content
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and other illegal content. Upon detection:
- The content is immediately removed
- The account is permanently terminated
- The matter is reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- We fully cooperate with investigations
8. Escalation Process
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may request escalation by replying to our response. The case will be reviewed by a different team member or senior moderator. You will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Abuse of the Complaints System
We may temporarily suspend your access to our complaint and reporting systems if you repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded, frivolous, or abusive complaints. You will receive a warning before any suspension, except in severe cases.
10. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption
All images and characters on Rosely.ai are entirely AI-generated and do not depict real individuals. Therefore, the platform is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Rosely.ai after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
