We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the conditions that apply. Please read it carefully.
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases and Moments (or equivalent virtual currency) transactions made on Rosely.ai, operated by Rosely Private Limited ("Rosely", "we", "us", or "our"). For EU and UK users, additional statutory rights apply as described below.
1. Subscriptions
1.1 General
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and cover access to premium features for that period. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period, except as required by law or as set out in this policy.
1.2 Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, notify us in writing within 30 days of the billing statement by emailing support@rosely.ai with a clear description of the dispute. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors by applying a credit or refunding the amount to your original payment method.
1.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@rosely.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
2. Moments / Virtual Currency
All Moments (or equivalent virtual currency) purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of verified billing errors or as required by applicable law. Unused Moments have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
Cryptocurrency Payments: Purchases made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. EU and UK Users — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a new subscription contract within 14 calendar days of the date of initial purchase, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear written statement to support@rosely.ai before the 14-day period expires.
Refund Calculation:
- If you have not used any premium features, you will receive a full refund.
- If you have used premium features, we will deduct a proportional amount for the service consumed and refund the remainder.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. This right applies only to the initial purchase and does not apply to subscription renewals.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only for paid subscriptions and purchases made directly through Rosely.ai.
- One-time purchases may be eligible within 14 days if no significant usage has occurred.
- Promotional, discounted, or gift purchases may have different terms — please check the specific offer details.
5. What We Do Not Refund
- Subscription fees for periods already used
- Moments spent on successfully generated content
- Purchases where the account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or policies
- Refunds for change of mind after substantial use of the service
- Broken or glitched generations (reviewed case-by-case; valid technical issues may be eligible for refund of Moments used)
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We will provide full evidence to the payment issuer. If the chargeback is reversed in our favor, you may be responsible for any associated fees and account reinstatement conditions. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund process will result in permanent account termination.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@rosely.ai with the following information:
- Your registered account email
- Transaction ID or billing statement date
- Clear description of the reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
