This Content Moderation Policy describes how Rosely Private Limited ("Rosely", "we", "us", or "our") monitors, reviews, and enforces content standards on Rosely.ai. It is intended to be read alongside our Prohibited Content Policy, Terms of Service, and other legal documents.
1. Our Approach to Moderation
We operate a multi-layered content moderation system that combines automated technology and human review. Our primary goal is to prevent prohibited content from being generated in the first place and to identify and remove it quickly when it does occur.
We balance user privacy, freedom of expression, and safety. However, safety remains non-negotiable — particularly regarding content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, and illegal activity.
2. Automated Moderation
Our automated systems operate at the following levels:
- Input Filtering: All user prompts are screened before any AI output is generated. Inputs that match our prohibited content classifiers are blocked, and the user receives a policy-compliant response. Flagged inputs are logged for review.
- Output Review: All AI-generated content (text, images, video) is reviewed by our content classifiers before delivery to the user. Outputs that exceed safety thresholds are withheld.
- Behavioral Monitoring: We monitor account-level patterns for signals of systematic policy violations, such as repeated attempts to bypass filters or coordinated misuse.
3. Human Review
Human moderators are involved in the following cases:
- Review of content flagged by automated systems that requires additional judgment
- Review of user-submitted reports and complaints
- Periodic audits of platform content and moderation system performance
- Final review before permanent account termination decisions
- All cases involving potential CSAM (immediately escalated for human review and law enforcement referral)
- Human moderators follow strict internal guidelines that are regularly updated to reflect legal requirements and platform policies.
4. User Reporting
Users may report any concerns at any time by emailing support@rosely.ai
5. Enforcement Actions
- Severity
- Action
- Minor / First Instance
- Content removed + warning issued
- Moderate / Repeated
- Content removed + temporary suspension
- Serious
- Permanent account termination
- Illegal Content (e.g. CSAM)
- Immediate permanent termination + law enforcement referral
We reserve the right to take any enforcement action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we determine a violation has occurred or is reasonably anticipated.
6. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action taken against your account was incorrect, you may submit an appeal to support@rosely.ai. Please include your account details and a clear description of the action you are appealing. We will review appeals within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Note: Appeals are not available for accounts terminated due to CSAM or other illegal content.
7. Transparency
We are committed to continuously improving our moderation systems. We regularly review the performance of our automated classifiers and update our prohibited content lists and detection models in response to emerging threats, legal developments, and internal feedback.
