While we take significant steps to ensure all AI-generated characters and outputs are entirely fictional, AI systems may occasionally produce content that unintentionally resembles a real individual. We are committed to promptly and fairly addressing any such concerns.
1. Scope
This policy applies to requests for the removal of AI-generated content that:
- Unintentionally resembles a real, identifiable person
- Appears to replicate a specific individual’s likeness, voice, or persona without consent
- Could reasonably be mistaken for depicting a real person
2. How to Submit a Removal Request
If you believe any AI-generated content on Rosely.ai resembles you or another real individual, please submit a removal request by emailing support@rosely.ai (mailto:support@rosely.ai). Your request should include:
- Your full name and contact information (or that of your authorized representative)
- A clear description of the content and, where possible, its location on the platform
- An explanation of how the content resembles you or the individual in question
- Any supporting information that may help us evaluate the request
3. Identity Verification
To protect the rights of all parties and prevent fraudulent requests, we may require reasonable evidence of your identity or your relationship to the individual depicted. All personal information submitted with a removal request will be handled with strict confidentiality.
4. Review and Removal Process
Upon receiving a complete removal request:
- We will assess whether the content could reasonably be considered to resemble the identified individual
- Where a valid resemblance is confirmed, we will remove the content from the platform without undue delay
- We will notify you of the outcome of your request
- We aim to complete the review and removal process within 5 business days of receiving a verifiable request.
5. Confidentiality
All removal requests and associated personal information are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose the details of such requests or the identity of the requester to any third party without explicit consent, unless required by law.
6. Relationship to Other Policies
This policy works in conjunction with our Prohibited Content Policy and Complaints and Takedown Policy. Requests involving intentional creation of prohibited content (e.g., non-consensual intimate depictions of real persons) are handled under those policies and may result in immediate account enforcement action.
