1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Rosely Private Limited places high value on and upholds the intellectual property rights of others. We are dedicated to compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. This DMCA Policy outlines the steps we take to handle notifications of alleged copyright infringement and provides guidance on how to contact us if you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on our platform without proper authorization.

If you genuinely believe that materials transmitted or created through Rosely.ai infringe your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written notice requesting the removal of the material or blocking access to it. To be valid, your notice must include the following information:

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; Sufficient information for us to locate the material on the Rosely.ai platform;
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

2. DMCA Notices Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, we will:

  • Review the notice to confirm it meets DMCA requirements;
  • Take appropriate preliminary action against the alleged infringing material (including removal or disabling access) within 3 business days;
  • Notify the user who posted or generated the alleged infringing content and provide them with a copy of the notice.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location; A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice; Your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner notifies us that they have filed a lawsuit.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly engage in copyright infringement.
