Rosely.ai is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Access to the platform is not permitted for anyone who does not meet this requirement.
By registering for or accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Age Verification Measures

Users who attempt to generate prohibited content involving minors will face immediate and permanent account termination, and their activity may be reported to law enforcement as required by law.
4. Content Moderation for Minor-Related Content
We implement the following technical and procedural safeguards:
- Real-time Filtering: All prompts and inputs are screened in real time by automated systems before any output is generated.
- Output Scanning: All AI-generated outputs are scanned against our prohibited content classifiers before delivery.
- Human Review: Flagged content is escalated to human moderators for review and enforcement.
- Model Training: Our AI models are trained to refuse requests involving minors and to avoid generating content that could resemble a minor.
5. CSAM Reporting
We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated simulations. If CSAM is detected:
- The content is immediately removed
- The relevant account is immediately and permanently terminated
- The content and associated information are reported to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC or equivalent bodies where required)
- We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement
6. Parental / Guardian Reporting
If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, please contact us immediately at support@rosely.ai. Provide as much information as possible. We will investigate promptly, block access, and delete associated data.

Violations of this policy result in:
